Warranty period

For all products that you buy from us, we follow the legal guarantee of 2 years. In addition to the legal guarantee, the manufacturer's guarantee applies to certain items, which is given by the manufacturer. The manufacturer can set conditions for this guarantee. The terms of the manufacturer's guarantee can be found in the manufacturer's documentation supplied with the product. For more information about this, we ask you to contact customer service.

When can you claim warranty?

You can claim a guarantee if the defect is due to a material or construction error. We will choose in consultation with the manufacturer/supplier to repair or replace the defective part or article. Damage due to improper use is not covered by the guarantee scheme.
